- In case of cancellation, participants may choose either a full refund or transfer to a future cohort.

- The Course is for educational purposes only and does not guarantee employment, certification, or financial results.
- The Author is not liable for outcomes or decisions made based on course content.
6. Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA (New York County jurisdiction).
- Any disputes will be resolved under New York law.
